Scott Hall is Chairman and Co-Founder of H&Co. Scott has lived and worked in Asia since 1997. As Chairman of the company, Scott oversees all aspects of H&Co’s strategy and business. In addition to his leadership of H&Co, Scott has built and managed several other successful businesses in China, Bangladesh and other locations. These include SOS Group Limited, which owns large-scale, vertically-integrated manufacturing operations employing more than 15,000 staff, focused on direct-to-global retail supply chain production activities. SOS Group has large holdings in industrial land, residential properties and other business ventures across China, including BSA Shanghai Summit Holdings Limited. Scott has extensive experience in the real estate and industrial sectors, as investor, developer and operator. Scott received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and his MBA degree from the University of Kansas Consortium Institute for Management and Business Analysis (CIMBA) international program.

John Nichols is Managing Director and Co-Founder of H&Co. John has lived and worked in Asia since 2002. John oversees the company’s day-to-day business development and operations, and manages the company’s local team, on the ground in Myanmar. He has broad development experience across all real estate sectors. Before joining the company, John was senior acquisitions director for Payce Developments Sydney, and then Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis Macau. John has four years of experience living and working in Myanmar and has played a vital role in securing the company’s land bank, navigating the local business environment and guiding and overseeing the company’s operations locally. He has an undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney.
